About

I am focused on generosity.  From the deeply held conviction that people ought to be generous to why people are generous (and why they are not) to how to motivate people to be generous … from the philosophy of generosity, the science of generosity, right through to how do get people to be generous?  That is me.

To see that accomplished I am the principal executive officer with the Generosity Advisors Network.  My entire adult life has been in working with faith-based non-profit organizations (both within and outside of North America) with the last twelve years focused primarily on financial development.

While I love to discuss the “why of generosity” my personality moves me to much more practical aspects:  I am a solution-oriented kind of guy.

For twenty-nine years, I studied, lived and worked in six states in the USA and five countries outside of the USA. Beginning in 1998, the Dallas-Fort Worth became home for my family and me.  My wife and I married in 1975 and are the proud parents of two adult sons.
